If a piece isn't right, return it unused within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds go to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch.
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Socks, underwear and worn items can't be returned unless defective.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
How do I pick the right size?
Each piece lists its size range. Email us the item plus your chest, waist and height and we'll reply with a size recommendation.
How should I wash cashmere and merino?
Hand wash cold or use a wool cycle with wool detergent, then lay flat to dry. Follow the care label sewn into each garment.
