How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. We email a tracking number when your parcel ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. We currently ship within the United States, with estimated delivery of 3–8 business days after dispatch.
How do I start a return?
Email us your order number and the reason for the return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. We reply with return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
