People who wear the same few pieces most days and want those pieces to hold their shape. Our customers care more about what a sweater is made of than about this season's color story.
That shapes how we sell. Each listing gives the fiber blend, size range, colorway and price in dollars and cents. Our product names follow the same pattern every time: color, fabric, fit, category. "Charcoal Cashmere Crewneck Sweater" tells you what arrives in the box.
Prices run from $28.00 for an organic cotton tank to $178.00 for a down puffer. There are no member tiers and no prices that only show up in your cart.

Every garment carries a sewn-in label with fiber content, country of origin and care instructions. Follow the label if it differs from the general guidance above.

- Weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day. Tracking is emailed when the parcel ships.

- Unused items in original condition and packaging, counted from delivery. Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

- Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we send a replacement or refund.
